The Forest Man Planter adopts its design from the Green man mythology, of a face upon a tree surrounded by leaves and other foliage. The Green Man mythology has been found in many cultures across the world and is thought to symbolise rebirth, and the cycle of life for plants. It therefore makes an excellent small planter to feature in a secret or sunken garden. When purchased as a pair, it can be placed either side of a walkway to delineate an entrance.
