Returns

In the unlikely event you wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please read our full 'returns policy' before returning your item(s) to our factory, any returns received that do no comply with our returns policy will unfortunately not be refunded, and you will be liable to cover shipping costs to and from our factory.

Please also note any returns submitted outside of 30 days cannot be guaranteed a full refund. 

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products we can only offer a refund on damaged or broken goods, which must be shown with the relevant damage to package and pallet that occurred during transit.

Any product purchased must be returned by either delivering the product to our factory:

or by paying for it to transported safely back to the factory at which point you will be financially reimbursed once it has arrived safely. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to return the product to the factory and cover the relevant costs to the transport.
